Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
3. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Delivery Issues
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at snehafashionselr@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Sneha’s Denim is not liable for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
8. Returns
Our refund policy includes a 30-day replacement period for damaged items with proof of purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for your order will be provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
2. Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are subject to possible delays due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
3. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or collect the package from a local depot.
4. In-Store Pickup
We offer in-store pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our store. If you choose this option, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
5. Delivery Confirmation
A delivery confirmation email will be sent once your order has been successfully delivered. If you do not receive this confirmation within the expected delivery window, please contact us at snehafashionselr@gmail.com.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately.
